Perishable Product Policy
- Due to the perishable nature of our sea moss gels, we unfortunately do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us at support@seamorewellness.com with your order ID and images of the issue, and we’ll work to make it right.
Subscription Orders
- You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account. However, once a subscription order is processed and shipped, it cannot be refunded due to the product’s fresh and sensitive nature.
Exceptions
- Refunds or replacements may be granted on a case-by-case basis, where we determine at our discretion that the product did not arrive in acceptable condition or meet our quality standards.
