3. Subscription Terms

By subscribing, you agree to recurring payments until you cancel your subscription:

• Billing Cycle: Monthly or as specified during checkout
  
• Cut-Off Date: We’ll notify you before each cycle to update preferences. If you don’t, we’ll choose flavours/products for you.
  
• Plan Changes: You can pause, cancel, or change your plan via your account at least 48 hours before the Cut-Off Date.

If we update prices or offerings, we’ll notify you 30 days in advance. If the change affects you negatively, you can cancel and receive a pro-rata refund for any unused prepaid amount.

4. Ordering Products

• Once we confirm your order, we’ll send a confirmation email. All products are subject to availability. We may substitute items based on stock and will always try to match quality.
• We reserve the right to cancel or delay any order for reasons including stock shortages, technical issues, or unforeseen events.

5. Prices & Payments

All prices are shown in AED (UAE Dirhams), inclusive of applicable taxes. You must:

• Pay upfront at checkout using accepted payment methods
  
• Not use fraudulent payment methods
  
• Ensure your payment method remains valid for recurring orders
  

We may offer discount codes or run promotions from time to time. These will come with their own usage terms.

6. Delivery & Risk

• We currently deliver across the UAE, with service coverage detailed on our website. Risk passes to you once the order is delivered to your address. Title (ownership) transfers only after full payment is received.

7. Cancelling or Suspending a Subscription

• You can cancel or pause your subscription anytime through your account or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle.
• We may suspend or cancel your account if we suspect misuse or breach of terms.

8.  Refunds & Consumer Rights

• We’re a UAE-based brand committed to fair trade practices. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll assess each case fairly and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

9. Limitation of Liability

• To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the issue. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses like loss of income or data.

10. Intellectual Property

• If you post reviews or tag us on social media, you give us permission to repost or reuse that content across our channels.
• You confirm that your shared content does not violate anyone’s rights, and we reserve the right to remove any user-generated content.

12. Disputes & Governing Law

• In case of disputes, we encourage an open and respectful resolution process. These Terms are governed by UAE law. If needed, disputes will be resolved in Dubai courts.
